The difference between an “Event” and a “Process”

An Event                                          A Process
-Encourages Decisions               -Encourages development
-Motivates People                         -Matures people
-Is a calendar issue                       -Is a culture issue
-Challenges people                       -Changes people
-Is easy                                             -Is difficult

Don’t get me wrong, events are great! They can be effective. But lasting improvement and power to shift a culture or overall results comes from a process.

If I/you/we need to be inspired to take steps forward, then attending an event is crucial.

If I/you/we need to improve, then engaging in a process and sticking with it is crucial.

That is at the heart of the process and coaching programs I have developed to help Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, and Companies change and improve their results.

So the question I pose to you is, for you and your business right now, do you need an event or a process to seek lasting change and improved results? If your answer is an event, then define the who, what, where, when, and why of the next event you will attend over the next 30 days.
