Three Ways to Increase Your Effectiveness

 
Today I’m going to be speaking about how you can get the most out of your team and how you can maximize your productivity. There are a few ways that you can do this, and I’ll be explaining them here today.
1.Increase your awareness: Stop and take a look at where you’re at right now and what habits got you there. Think for a moment about where you want to go and how you can get there in a step-by-step, inch-by-inch process. Progress won’t happen overnight, so don’t make any giant goals right away. Those larger ones will fall into place as you move forward.
2. Talk About Intentionality: Changing and growing takes effort and you have to be intentional about taking the steps necessary to succeed. You need a measurable strategy that can get you there. I have a daily and weekly schedule where I can track my progress towards my goals, and I think you should use one as well.
3. Accountability: You need to find someone who will hold you accountable for reaching your goals. You can’t trust yourself to do it, so rely on your team members to hold you accountable to reach the goals that you’ve been setting.
Hopefully, you’ll take these tips to heart and start implementing them within your business. I think you’ll find that you can get more out of your team and also more out of your life outside of work.
