Rich started in business back in 1994, just after leaving college, wanting to make a difference in the business world. Tired of college classes and full of energy, he entered corporate life as a Parts Department Clerk for a factory owned branch of the world’s largest electric lift truck manufacturer. Within a short time, Rich also took over Service Dispatching duties and started to develop awesome relationships with the customers and service technicians alike. It was in these relationships that the corporate leaders saw a budding young salesperson, so they hired Rich as a territory rep. By 1997, he had elevated himself to the President’s Club as Salesman of the Year and was considered one of the young and up-and-coming professionals in the organization. In 1999, Rich was promoted to branch Sales Manager & Trainer.
Post 9/11 and through some downsizing, Rich went back in to the sales field where he excelled and developed a new territory for the company. In 2003, he left and worked as an equipment specialist for a family owned company in Grand Rapids, MI. Along that journey, and sometime in Spring 2005, through a near miss traffic accident Rich took another turn in life and got his Real Estate License.
In 2006 Rich launched a full time career in real estate where he earned a Rookie of the Year award at his national brokerage. 2007, 2008, and 2009 he Rich was in the top 30 in his market place in sales volume. In 2010 he put all of his experiences together to launch his career in Motivational Speaking & Business Coaching.
