What Is the Most Difficult Part about Solving Problems?

When I was younger I used to watch The Brady Bunch (yes, I’m old enough to reference that show). The show was 30 minutes and it had a formula: the show starts, a problem was presented, there was some strife, but then everyone comes together to solve the problem. This is a great model, but this isn’t what we run into these days.
I’ve found that the longer a problem exists for my clients, the worse it will become. I talk to my clients all the time and I help them to identify problems for them. Most of the time, whether a company is large or small, the problems stem from issues with income and production. The second biggest problem is that people don’t have enough time and they are stressed out because of it. Basically, these solo entrepreneurs don’t have enough time to enjoy their lives and spend time with their loved ones.

Resolving problems is not that difficult, but acknowledging that there is a problem seems to be the most difficult part of the process. Deciding that you’re going to do something about it is the next step.
What I do with my clients once we have identified a problem is to go through a 5-step process to solve it. However, the first two steps of acknowledging that there is a problem and deciding to solve it are often the most difficult.
If you feel overwhelmed or run-down by your business, please give me a call. We can take the first steps towards acknowledging a problem within your business.
I look forward to hearing from you!
