It is hard to believe but it is true…2014 is half over. I like to take this week to reflect on the first half of the year and review where I am at in my growth plan and goals. I would like to challenge you to do the same. Here are some questions that are good for reflection and forward motion to finish out the year strong:
- What have been my wins and successes over the first half of the year?
- What did I set out to accomplish in the first 6 months that I haven’t yet completed?
- What do I need to commit to learning to help me further my growth?
- What do I need to do more of?
- What do I need to do less of?
- What should I start doing?
- What should I stop doing?
- If I could have anything I wanted and time, money, or education were not limiting factors, what would I set out to accomplish in the next 6 months?
- What are the specific activities I need to accomplish to make it happen?
- Who are the people I can identify that can help me make this happen?
These are just a handful of reflective questions to help me assess and make the right changes to finish the 2nd half of the year strong. I hope this helps you too. If you would like help getting back on track or making the 2nd half of 2014 AMAZING I would welcome the opportunity to help you and talk to you about the benefits of coaching. Let’s talk!
To your success!
