7 Steps to Attracting All The Clients You Want

I was working with a client the other day and we were focused on working through some frustrations and concerns this client had about their business. The problems they were having are a very common theme that I hear with many of my clients. In fact when I did a recent survey of people whose entire livelihood depends on making sales every day the number one concern they all had was fear of not selling and uncertainty in their business.
This results got me thinking about all of my past business experiences and I came up with 7 common steps that enabled me to be successful in those businesses. Today, I would like to share them with you in hopes that you too can shake the fears you may have of uncertainty.

  1. Focus your time on attracting clients.  Determine where your clients hang out both on and off line and go be with them and learn what their concerns are.
  2. Discover a profitable niche and the RESULTS that your clients really want.  Being a generalist in any field brings on an age old saying, “Jack of all trades is a master of none!” 
  3. Design a compelling package and an irresistible offer.  If you learn what is bothering your clients and what their frustrations are, then designing a package and offer to help them is the easy part.  Get to know your clients.
  4. Build your marketing attraction system to attract clients, step by step.  Once you know what they want and have designed your package and offer, then its time to deliver your message to your clients that you are here to help.  Know where they hang out both on and off line.  There is a huge list of areas that people hang out that I share with my clients and with a little research you can find all the areas your clients hang out too.
  5. Conduct powerful one-on-one meetings with your clients that convert prospects in sales. 
  6. Design a professional website that grows your list of followers and gets you new prospects and clients every day.  There are many behind the scenes technology opportunities that can be utilized to automate the list growing process.
  7. Generate more clients through referral and word of mouth marketing.  For every client you can generate through your own endeavors you should be able to create three or more as referrals from that new client.  Make sure you have systems in place to ask for referrals.  Go to your tribe and ask them who they can think of that could use your services.

There you have it, the 7 steps to attracting all the clients you want.  Stay focused on it every day and in no time the fear and uncertainty that may have your business suffering will go away and you will be able to express gratitude and celebrate the new success you have developed.  To your success!
